System fully sealed problem. The connection of the Karl-Fisher reagent liquid route must be tightened from the reagent bottle to the measuring pump and then to the reaction pool, otherwise it will directly affect the test results. Another unsealed issue is that during testing, due to Karl-Fisher reagents absorbing water vapor in the experiment, it will cause a delay in reaching the endpoint.
Sample taking accuracy problem. When calibrating Karl-Fisher reagents, 10mg of water should be taken as accurately as possible using a 10ul sampler, which not only ensures accuracy but also prevents water droplets from sticking.
Similarly for methanol and ethyl acetate samples; take them up quickly after use and close the reaction pool door as soon as possible.
Magnetic stirrer speed adjustment: In the reaction pool because local dilution occurs when adding titration agents at different locations than electrodes; therefore adjust stirrer speed so that it does not form turbulence until fast enough.
Titration rate setting should first fast then slow: Titrate rapidly first to reduce experimental time while approaching endpoint slow down for better measurement precision.
5th After daily experiments are complete empty out any remaining Karl Fisher solution from system before cleaning with methanol thoroughly avoid using water for cleaning system since it's difficult to evaporate causing inaccurate calibration next time.
